Things to do during an epidemic outbreak. 

1)     Be extra cautious with hygiene. Sanitise and diffuse essential oils as much as possible. Let’s be real, the main cause of all this sickness comes down to hygiene. So be extra cautious especially outdoors. 

2)     Take good care of your diet and have plenty of rest. Not having enough or good nutrition can contribute to your well-being. A good balanced diet especially one with extra vitamin C and good bacteria in them helps ward off and fight the bad bacteria leading to a virus. Getting insufficient rest will also increase the chances of getting sick as well. Our body is a privilege that we should take care of. When you feel tired, rest. Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. For moms, yes I know it’s pretty much impossible but try and get naps in between so that you will not be as tired. 

3)     Hydrate. Try and replace all those bubble tea and Starbucks drinks for water instead. Not only do you save money, you are also avoiding unnecessary sugars to penetrate into your body. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Most illnesses spread due to dehydration. You can also avoid water retention and get rid of those muscle aches when you have sufficient water in your body. 

4)     Support your immune system by putting on rubs, eating supplements and also essential oils such as THIEVES to prevent illnesses and bacteria getting caught up in your system. 


So, stay well dear friends! And syafakillah to those who are en route to recovery! I know it’s hard being sick especially if you are a parent and getting sick feels like you’ve brought everyone down buy heads up! You have to take care of yourself first before others.
