Mom's the word

A mother is an exemplary icon in many ways. She is a teacher, a leader,a psychologist, a nurse, a doctor, a friend, an idol and an inspiration. They never let you down, even when everyone else had. They think you are perfect even when you think you're not.

Prophet muhammad s.a.w once said "Paradise is placed under a mother's feet" . The status and respect for a mother should never be disregarded.

As mother's day approaches, let us cherish moments with our mothers whom have brought us up, tolerated our behaviours and loved us despite our flaws these years. A mother's love is indefinite and incomparable.

Honestly, my mum is not really a fan of gifts, she would rather make me and my other sibling save the money. But, each year for either mother's day or her birthday, we would definitely take her out or give her something that would repay for what she has done for us. Even though we know it is never enough, we'd still share the love and give with sincerity.
