What is the basis of communication? In my opinion, communication is the key to making things work, to discuss and share conflicts, to be able to resolve problems, to make an environment be less inconvenient, to be able to create a conducive and meaningful expectations. Communication, whether verbal or non verbal tells people what we are thinking, feeling and expressing our inner voices. Having an honest and open communication is also the key to a good relationship, whether it's work, marriage or family. When something gets communicated wrongly, others may perceive something else and have a negative effect afterwards. Why do some people find communicating a hassle or a problem? When you lack communication, or when something you think is not right, be the better person to say it yourself.
