Note to self and everyone else.

In the past few months, I have really been slacking on working out. And fact is, I am not feeling so proud or good about it. My metabolism has decreased and my sugar level rose. Therefore, I am making a quick come back into fitness to keep the body in shape and live n cautious health at the same time.
So, here's a head start for the month, some tips for those who just started working out or starting to work out again like myself.

1) Never skip a meal, especially breakfast.
2) Make warm-ups and cool downs seriously. Stretch it out and work out on the treadmill for at least 15 minutes before your actual workout.
3) Work on your least favorite part of the body. That way, you can improve. And least favorite means it is a difficult part to lose (for me that is!)
4) Google up workout videos or apps that can help you wherever you go.
5) Straighten up a goal for your body. E.g Losing 3 kilos in 2 months
6) Pick your fitness idol or set up a fitness gol board.

One of my favorite fitness magazines of all time is Women's Health,US. I buy the magazine online almost every month. There are fitness videos, workouts, inspiration write ups, fitness fashion and healthy recipes. I would recommend this one to every body looking for something to start up on.
There are few others that I refer to and download as well.
And these are some apps I use for home workouts and to calculate my food intake. It's called myfitnesspal. Although it may not be accurate, but it tracks down what you eat and log like a food diary so it is pretty useful.
Have fun, insyallah everything will go smoothly for all!
